Covid-19 Guidelines

To ensure the ongoing safety and health of our guests as well as ourselves, please note the following:

Pre Arrival

If you or any member of your household develop signs/symptoms of coronavirus in the week prior to your arrival, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can reschedule your booking.


During your Stay

  • Guests should wear a face mask when entering and moving around the communal areas (corridor and breakfast room).

  • Please remember to keep a safe distance with anyone outside your household.

  • Hand sanitiser is available in the breakfast room and we encourage all guests to adhere to good hand hygiene.


  • Please note that housekeeping is by request. If you are staying with us more than 4 nights and would like a room refresh, we will do this midway during your stay.

  • Extra tea/coffee/milk/sugar is available in the breakfast room and we are happy to supply additional items such as dressing gowns, cushions and throws upon request.

  • If there is anything else you need during your stay (i.e. bin emptying, clean mugs/glasses, fresh towels etc), just ask!

Breakfast Service

  • To reduce risk and help social distancing, breakfast times are staggered. Guests will be asked to select an arrival time and fill in a breakfast menu the night before.

For the safety and protection of other guests as well as ourselves, we reserve the right to ask a guest to leave if showing signs/symptoms of COVID-19. All communal areas and their room will receive an extra deep-clean and if necessary, any incoming guests may be relocated to another room. We will also contact our other guests who may have been at risk of infection.
